Dr. Patty Johnson is the owner of Nia Integrative Healing and clinical psychologist, with a focus on integrative behavioral medicine. She guides your discovery of optimal psychological, physical and spiritual well-being through powerful mind-body treatments, because after all, mental health is medical health. Dr. Patty explores how emotional distress, which often manifests both psychologically and physically, leads to life patterns directed by deep-rooted beliefs. Once revealed, these beliefs can help us understand our true relationship with our body, mind, and level of motivation to care for ourselves. We all have on affinity towards healing, and Dr. Patty is honored to be able to support each individual’s desire to reach their health goals.
Dr. Patty provides psychotherapy with specialty in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, generational trauma and the immigrant experience. She offers psychological testing services for ADHD, developmental functioning, cognitive impairment and diagnosis clarification.

Monika Zawislak is a masters level clinician. She is a graduate of Dominican University with a double major in English and Psychology. Monika has experience working with children who have ADHD and background supporting women in treatment for substance abuse.
Monika enjoys reading and writing, which is why she developed a great passion for narrative therapy. She strongly believes that an individual can solve the problem and get a better understanding of who they are and who it is that they wish to become, by reflecting on the stories that they tell. When an individual separates themselves from the problem, they gain a different perspective, which gives them a different insight.
